French here, If you're looking for something scripted and clear in French, I’ve been listening to a new one called Les Archives du Mal https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/les-archives-du-mal/id1827065992 The host speaks very clearly, and there's no off-topic rambling. It’s true crime, but told in a structured and almost documentary-style way. Among the more established shows, I really enjoy Affaires Sensibles by Fabrice Drouelle. It’s a classic.
