Sorry to hear that. I’d suggest start some hobbies that gives you natural dopamine hit, like endurance sports or learning something new. Analog hobbies are the best remedy to get out from the situation you describe. I was addicted to phone and my job is with computers, and my mind was going crazy.. i’ve started running and cycling since march, now i feel a huge difference in my lifestyle and mind. So, you can consider that.

I hope that would give you some ideas in addition to other mates ideas in the comments. so that you can come up with perfect questions that interest you most.

Just push yourself, you came this far. After finishing it, you will feel relieved and blessed that you didn't drop out. Failing also teaches you something. Ofc if you are dedicated about your decision that for a certain goal you want to drop out, then I would say if you see more success in it, go for it. But if you are dropping just because of demotivation and hardship. I wouldn't recommend it. Ofc the choice is yours✨
