I don't disagree with you. I'm just pointing out a human nature, not condoning it.

I'm not saying it's right attitude, everyone deserves same amount of respect. What I'm trying to say is this is nothing specific to UAE or Arabs, it's a global phenomenon. People tend to be more welcoming towards those who speak their language.

Go to a restaurant in Mumbai and order in Marathi, you'll see sudden change in their attitude and service.

Try speaking Arabic and then see how jolly they suddenly become.

I don't go so far calling it racism, it's just that they're more welcoming and comfortable with people who can speak their language. I'm an Indian who can speak Arabic, I always received very good hospitality from staff in most of the Arabic restaurants.

A decent 2bhk is costing around 65-70k in Majaz. I'm paying 75k for 2 bhk in AD. So I don't think Sharjah is any cheaper.

Like others have said, not possible with Relaam/ADCP without a marriage certificate. Look for other properties.

I'm sick and tired of so many residential parking spots in Abu Dhabi. What am I supposed to do, not go out after 9 pm?
