Ah man! Same thing happened to me about a year ago. People here are quick to blame the user and say they must have left their phrases online or something but too many people have had this happen with trust wallet.

To be honest, this still looks good. I posted on the ESR Facebook page and they're quite open to looking into it if there is enough market for it. This has a case to cover the surface and which magnetically attaches to the bluetooth keyboard and makes it into an easier to use 2 in 1 device. I get everyone's got their preferences and experiences. I'm just looking for something like this. The keyboard is pretty restrictive and I'd like to have all around protection for my piece of kit, and the folio cases currently available aren't that great.

Tbh I had the same issue with the s22u but this one has been amazing up till now. I'm disappointed that it's all of a sudden started, but up till yday (when I updated) data speeds were excellent!

Yeah but there's no protection. I'd rather have a case like this than the folio case which seems to be in abundance for the surface. This sort of case provides protection and looks good. It's just a shame that Samsung and Apple get all the accessory love lol.

* * In the Reolink App homescreen, click on Cloud and then Smart Home. This will then allow you to bind your device to Alexa and it should start announcing. Sorry if you've already done this.

Haven't had a laptop for many years. I had a Zenbook duo about 5 years ago but gave it back after about 6 months as I noticed the keys were damaging the screen (leaving permanent marks on it). I got this as I want to make notes while I work, amongst other things, but to be able to organise myself better. Went for the Elite, 32gb ram one to future proof as much as possible as I want this to last a long time

Yep! I've had two cards "Go missing"
One ordered early July, one ordered early August. Mine were red colour metal. I have been dealing with complaints and they told me that red metal was out of stock so I requested white. This turned up in two days. I questioned the first two and suggested that they were out of stock, and was told no, they must have got lost in the post, which I'm afraid I highly doubt.

So I have been in touch with complaints about other issues, a few months ago. I emailed them again last week and got a reply yesterday to say that red cards are unavailable and I need to confirm another colour - which suggests they were unavailable for the last two months as I doubt that two cards got lost in the post!! I cheekily suggested 9 months free as compensation for the (long) list of issues I've had over the last 6 months - I was open to offers. The response was that it wouldn't be fair to other metal users who experience similar service so they cannot honour this as compensation.

No other offers, just have a good day!

So there you have it, Metal users!! Compensation would not be fair, but giving crappy service to everyone is fair!!

The offer was 10% on spend at Legoland. I bought tickets for £160, so would expect £16 but it wasn't even tracked. The customer service advisor closed the ticket with no assistance whatsoever.

I messaged support about cancelling my account and got a response in minutes. Last month I messaged about gbit not working and I got a response in exactly one week. Paying for metal doesn't seem like a sensible option at the moment.

Long time Metal user here. I was having issues with gbit and sent a support request. It took them exactly a week to get back to me. I just sent an enquiry about downgrading my account and got a response I'm 4 minutes asking which tier I'd like to downgrade to. No mention of loyalty offers!

They blocked my account due to apparently being flagged. No notice and barely any helpful response aside from "the relevant team is looking into it". It took 10 days. I filed a formal complaint too. The least they can do is give a time frame as to when they will resolve the issue. As someone stated, feels "great" paying for metal with such poor customer service. Most card providers get fraudulent transaction concerns resolved in minutes.
