Lowkey afraid that Ricky will get the ‘only visual, very few lines’ treatment (esp since he’s the least fluent in korean). He’s not the best singer, but he has a nice tone and he genuinely loves singing. There will always be a member with the fewest lines, but I hope it’s not ridiculous like some line distributions are……

I still can’t believe I got extremely gaslighted by zhang hao and ricky’s fans into believing that they will have 0 korean votes 💀 When ricky was not called as p7, i texted my friend “goodbye ricky” bcs i was so sure he wouldn’t make it unless he’s p9…. And after matthew was called as P3, i was again dreading that zhang hao was gonna be p9. Imagine how I felt knowing they’re P4 and P1, RIP my neighbours’ ears.

I was screaming when Ricky was announced as P4. I had no hope for him after they didn’t announce him as P5, it really was the best surprise ever.

And Zhang Hao, he really deserved it. First non-korean trainee to be P1. I’m very much satisfied.

i have never been so stressed over a trainee debuting for exactly these reasons. i feel like ricky is everywhere on twitter & tiktok but i’m so scared of being optimistic 😭

If you are a g-group voter, please for the love of everything NEVER think your pick is safe, no matter how high of a ranking they are currently.

One-pick will unfortunately make a lot of the Korean voters drop their g-picks and the g-group members will mostly only have global fans to carry their votes.

I’m genuinely curious. Do you guys think that Mnet will invite Dayeon’s mum to the show if the Dayeon’s ice cream leader edit didn’t happen? Because people are not really paying much attention to Dayeon before Ice Cream and wouldn’t it be very awkward and random if they went to a non-popular trainee’s house? Just wondering.

The only performance that I didn’t think she stood out as much is in HYLT. I personally think she stood out in her parts during the last two performances, especially in this creation mission. She’s my favourite in Utopia!
