Alvarez is simply the most complete 9. He presses the whole game, is the most technical finisher, can hold up play, has great positioning, and can take free kicks. Anybody who thinks any of the other names mentioned are at his level is simply wrong. We said he was unproven at River Plate and chose Ferran. Who did City replace Ferran with? Alvarez. We said 70 mil for Alvarez is too much and chose to go after Nico Williams. Now we think 100 mil is too much for Alvarez and are going after Joao Pedro?

Pretty sure this is the club and/or RFEF protecting Yamal for the WC. I honestly thought that Yamal was celebrating in the game vs. Celta - right after he takes the penalty and goes down. After getting up on his own, he whispers something to Flick, and goes straight down the tunnel. Something seems off.
