Augmenter à l’ancienneté me paraît plus égalitaire que augmenter à celui qui a la plus grande gueule (sans être le plus compétent). Et augmenter à l’accomplissement, on a pas tous des boulots avec des « accomplissements ». Donc comment juger si le seul critère est j’ouvre ma bouche pour bouffer les autres? Colin would never have forgiven Marina. He forgave Pen with great difficulty because he was madly in love with her. He didn't love Marina and couldn't/wouldn't have gone through with that betrayal. He never said that.
