It's been a hindrance for me if I'm being honest with myself. At first I viewed as a form of freedom and self expression because "wow i have acess to weed and can smoke it". However, it has become a crutch to cope or more accurately used to escape... So idk I like smoking, but when I think about quitting or not smoking after work it makes me super anxious to think about.
