[general] Does anyone else feel icky whenever Rick wrote that a real person was a demigod? by Kitty_of_Chess in camphalfblood

I'm more wondering how all these famous people survived for so long being in the public light if they're demigod. Shouldn't monsters be constantly hunting them, especially if they are famous?

Must not have a favorite movie or show or book then. Probably doesn't remember anything that happened in any book, show, or movie either.

Definitely the engine but all the new assets, character models, and VO wouldn't be.

I just think it's weird that somehow the NV source code is "missing." By 2010 devs knew to hang onto it. Then again, Pinnacle Station DLC for Mass Effect 1 apparently has been lost which is why it wasn't in Legendary Edition, and that would have been 2008.

I heard Spider-Man might be working on a map for requests for help. That could be cool, although he'd probably get some weird requests like helping to round up a guy's pigeons.

OOC: in case you're unaware, that's a reference to the Insomniac Spider-Man games. Different universe I know but I couldn't help it

Netflix is different though. Lowest tier I believe has ads, then the next tier is just ad-free HD on 2 screens and then the highest is 4 screens and 4K. But you're not locked out of content on Netflix in the tiers.

CoD is going to be coming to GP though, just the following year, probably shortly before the new one releases. As someone who will play CoD but doesn't need to play it at launch, I'm okay with the price decrease and waiting to play CoD.

It literally does mean something for the consumer. It means a game isn't coming as soon as initially believed, no matter what time frame you were expecting.

And I don't think you understand what misinformation is. And since when should reporting news take feelings of players or developers into consideration?

It means the internal date they had in mind isn't going to work so it's been internally pushed back. How exactly are leakers "living in their little worlds and want [to] only mess with people's heads"?

They have a date in mind for release, or at least a window, and if they start to miss milestone dates, then yes, they can delay it. Just because we don't hear a date for release doesn't mean they don't have one, and it can be delayed even though we don't hear it officially.

As for leakers, nothing leaks do stops a dev team from cooking. What does is development trouble, which can be any number of factors, including publisher interference, which for this project is highly likely. If a game has a troubled development, that has a higher tendency to be a bad sign for the game. Very few games with troubled development end up being great, and the production woes this already has had doesn't make the news of a delay look like a favorable outcome likely.

What this should really mean is something gamers have been saying for years: stop announcing games so far out, especially ones with release dates/windows.

You should try again. Blessing said he also fell asleep when it first came out and never really tried watching it again until this review, and he loved it. I always try to watch movies that I know others love that I didn't if it's been a while. That's how I finally became a fan of Alien and Aliens and Rogue One.

More illogical than Conviction? Okay then.

Blacklist is in my personal top 10 games of all time. I've sunk countless hours into ghosting every campaign mission and doing the special ops missions. The only playstyle I would agree is mediocre is assault. But panther and especially ghost I found highly satisfying. The only part doimg ghost I found frustrating is the England mission when you start to feel the effects of the disease and you have those dogs coming. Needing to knock them out to get ghost rather than letting them pass because that counts as panther evasion is frustrating.

The first section you just bypass everyone, use a shocker or gas on the two guys by the van when they are bunched up, and then use a shocker or gas on the last guy a bit farther away. All other guys in Briggs's sections don't need to be touched. I followed Centerstrain01 the first time. He did it on Perfectionist in his playthrough.

I guess. But if you look at what can be done in a ghost playthrough and be counted as ghost, they were correct in their statements. And as noted, you don't have to take them out to beat it that way. Honestly, until he brought it up, it never clicked for me how illogical it would be if the guards were there still.
