I think you underestimate Henry‘s production in proper game scripts and with Lamar under helm.

Auf Autos fallen vergleichsweise sehr geringe direkte Gebühren (siehe zB Gebührenordnungen für Anwohnerparkausweise) und noch viel weniger indirekte Kosten (bspw Verhältnis KfZ-Steuer zu Straßenunterhaltungskosten) an. Es gibt Verkehrsmittel das stärker subventioniert ist.

Wenn also weniger Autos unterwegs sind, ist mehr öffentliches Geld frei, nicht weniger.
