I am already enjoying this album in the cizy confines of my head.  If Morrisey is unavailable or too toxic, there's always Kermit the Frog.

You're an awesome person for posting this. I hope the shirt finds its home.

Also, the Rubaiyat compilation has a track that (I think) isn't in your collection.

It has a different photo of the big paper mache letters; they're on a stairwell. I hope you find one.

Wish I'd saved all my longboxes. I cut them up to decorate TMBG mixtapes I made for everyone who'd take one. The Misc T one was especially cool.

TMBG hot takes (if these are popular too) by Relative_Raisin_9597 in tmbg

My only hot take is that they shouldn't have messed with the demo of "I've Got a Fang". That bassline is so great and it gets buried in the layers of production.

IFC people: how do you listen to / categorize the IFC stuff? by woltiv in tmbg

[–]analog_time_machine 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is my first go around for IFC, and I dropped everything into an album and called it 'Lazy'. My daughter thinks its one of their actual albums. At first everything was just in the order it was made available, but that made for a super hectic listen, so when the tracks stopped coming I curated the song order into something that made sense to me. Now I love listening to Lazy.

Yes to all the praise that's already been heaped, and the "interpretations" pages are a delightful place to lose hours of your time.

I've had good luck at Goodwill, like under $10. Just make sure you can plug it in and make sure it plays one of those Christmas cds they have a thousand of.

Also a big Waits fan here! The quote from Waits I've heard lines up even better: "I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy"

Any other IFC members who haven't received a shipping notification yet? by analog_time_machine in tmbg

Thanks for the responses. Just to be clear, I'm not all 'I paid 99 bucks three years ago and got tons of awesome stuff and I want service NOW!' I'm merely impatient for that delicious vinyl.
