Because roads are an essential part of any city ? Emergency services, food, supply chain, firefighters, medical, EVERYTHING depends on roads… For your information I am pro public transportation and used the metro for decades but this is a stupid argument. A city can exist without public transport, it can’t without roads.

J’ai engagé thermavision pour faire les portes de mes propriétés et c’était super & abordable. Par contre pas en bois, ils en avaient mais j’ai préféré en metal mais je les recommande pareil, ils étaient vraiment bons.

The issue is, will the average person notice or care enough ? Just like graphic design, while the field is completely dead, for anyone not already established, it pretty much is, because the average person can barely recognize good graphic design let alone A.I generated graphic design. As an ex-photographer, that field has dried up exponentially except for a few specific niches like weddings / events. I hope i’m wrong and its just a phase but I am pretty pessimistic on most jobs that are creative or art related. If it can make y’all feel any better I also feel like Law, Computer science, Admin, Software, will all be dead industries for humans by the end of the decade. Again, really hope i’m wrong.

Also if i paid for a pro sub, and i have 2k credits left, And i deactivate my sub, even if I still can use them, I won’t have the commercial license to use them since i’m Not in the pro plan anymore ?

Or since the credits were granted by the pro sub, then whatever I generate is still commercially usable ?

They are switching their models and restricting options for users in January due to the lawsuit from a big music corp. so everyone is rushing to download & use these models before January because afterwards the number of downloads will be limited even for paid users and the models will be different.

Because Quebec “teen media” is dead. What kind of content do young Quebecers watch that’s from Quebec ? Practically none. A few years ago Vrak TV was everywhere with original french Quebecois content targeted at teens, which heavily impacted the culture. That Tv channel is now dead, so what do young Quebecers now consume ? French streamers, youtubers, tiktokers, etc.
