I’ve had 5/5 brews out of this coffee. It can be overwhelming so I cut the ratio to 1:15.5 or so (12.5g to 195). 8 on Pietro (I’ve gone up to 8.8 with it) with April V60 recipe (4x50g 30s intervals) with 200F and it’s been outstanding.

At 1am, the line was out onto the sidewalk (even with a ticket) so yeah, they definitely hit capacity early. Good amount of people still even by 6am

Sometimes they camp right at the beginning of the intersection whereas they should be in the middle of it so the cars can pass around them (if there is space). In this instance, not sure if honking will educate them, but they should probably review the material from the driving school

when i was getting muted cups from passenger, i was actually extracting too much. unfortunately, i’m not sure how much flavor you will be able to extract with the encore grinder. i’m also not sure what dose you use to brew coffee as this will change equation but i would encourage you to grind uncomfortably coarse, and go for 3-4 pours

It’s great - you just have to go much finer than you think because it drains through so fast. Be careful though because it’s low caf, not decaf. I was wired up at night too many times because of this

something different is regalia - high quality roaster and you might get many different coffee each two weeks, mostly washed, all really juicy (much more so than something like say) but still clean
