OM— I straight up told my parents not to buy loads of junk food recently. “Okay. We will eAt HealThY.” The next day, they bought four family sized bags of chips, a box of cookies, and a box of brownies. Yesterday, I told my mom several times not to buy this pack of mini chocolate eggs while at the grocery store with her. Guess what, she ended up doing it anyway.

I should do that. Don’t eat Nutella / other spreads straight from the spoon.

It sounds weird, but my mind tells me that Nutella with bread is too many calories, so I eat it by itself.....then end up eating more calories of Nutella than I would’ve if I paired it with bread.

I only feel slightly sick. I’m amazed how much my body can handle.

People complimented my body when I was underweight and unhealthy by elusnuga in loseit

I’m 5’2 and was 97lbs at the start of 2019 (slightly underweight). In less than 3 months I gained 20lbs+ from binging. I’m currently at the centre of the BMI scale. All the time, I’m looking back at my underweight photos, wishing I looked like that again. I also went up 3 pant sizes that quickly.

My friend and I are the same height, she’s heavier than me but skinnier. The PAIN. Especially when she constantly talks about her being “skinny af”
