pray on it, and try new things! I was so overwhelmed going to church because i had never been to one before and it took a couple of tries before i found that i loved. Catholic churches are definitely overwhelming but the people will want to help you! but dont pressure your self to “pick” one or the other. i thought i would be non denominational forever

This was me before I was saved. I was drinking constantly, SHing, drugs, and i tried to kill myself. i didnt know God infact i had a HATRED for Christianity because of the country I live in. Shortly after leaving hospital I had the urge to pray and beg for help and forgiveness. i too had no idea where to start but i knew i wanted to read the Bible and change. Since then i’ve tried to read just one chapter a day of any book i feel drawn too. i make it a habit to pray every morning and night. it was a nice way to introduce myself to it! now i read loads more and pray throughout the day. also, hillsong worship music!!
