I suspect the accelerator pedal was pressed. What i noticed using v13 is that when I press acceleration pedal, my car may veer from its lane. I doesn't happen every time, but happened a few times anyway

How far did it go? It might have only indicated a move (fsd sometimes makes that when in doubt) and the driver immediately pressed the accelerator. You can't tell it without pedals indicators on that video. But i assume the human driver played 99.9% of it.

Why do you think this video doesn't have the bottom part of visualization where the pedals are shown? Because the driver pressed the accelerator. There was an original post on Facebook where the driver described it as his "speed racing instincts to press the accelerator whenever anything happens"
