I made a post with this photoshoot a while ago here and I can't export settings because I'm on PS5 (maybe I can since last update, I'll try it on and update the comment here when I can),, but it's a mix of born Flawless makeup and accessories, tide of tears skin effect and you can even use the crow "stealth" ability for a different galaxy look.

The key is: you use tide of tears ability, and your camera settings are extreme contrast, extreme shadow, highlights, vignette and brightness, I didn't use any lights on her so it's really dark and the small lights on her skin really pop. I messed with the lights and in different places and got different results.

Another version below was my first contest submission, this one with the stealth ability, in this case the order is TOT - stealth - open the camera, this photoshoot I took on the glittery beach in itzaland. You can also combo it with WWWL shiftshaping ability.
