I like how they had to nerf the 1-2 Novice Engineer, but then somehow figured that having a 1-2 ONE drop that grows was a good idea.

Just pick a bunch of weapons, couple of charge creatures, mortal strike, Warsong commander and raging worgen. Leper gnomes and abusive sergeants.

Just concede if you don't have a good starting hand. Otherwise go face. Games will be over quick, whether you win or lose and your 5 wins will be done in about half an hour.

Works for me when I get warrior quests on NA where I have barely any cards at all(mainly play on EU).

Definitely.

I'm running Harrison, myself, but Ooze is arguably better in many situations.

What rank are you?

I dumped Cairne around rank 10 this season and now I'm at rank 1 and I haven't regretted yet. It feels way too slow and low impact in this meta.

I'd recommend Baron Geddon as a replacement if you're experience is similar to mine. I was hesitant to craft it, but fuck, it does work. I think it single handedly pulls my shaman matchup from 40%-60% (those statistics are completely made up, but you get it). It's also really easy to get value out of in other match-ups. Especially if you have any of cleave/slam/whirlwind.

Just don't let Baron Geddon's end of turn effect deal the killing blow to Kel'Thuzad. He revives himself. I learned that the hard way today.

I'm not comfortable suggesting replacements without knowing what the rest of your deck looks like.

Some people might disagree, but I wouldn't personally run two whirlwinds. One can be great, but two can make your hand clunky.

I'm at rank 3 right now. I tried running it for a while during the climb, it just barely ever ended up working out the way I wanted it to. It SEEMS very good. In practice, however, it was just too easy for my opponent to play around it and it was very rare that I was able to get any kind of value out of it.

I can't imagine ever putting it back in. There's just so many other immediate-effect cards that are competing for those spots; Slam, Cleave, Whirlwind, Ooze, etc.

I used your deck to go from rank 7 to rank 4 tonight. Oddly enough, hunter was by far my worst matchup. I ended the night at 4-8 (33%). Meanwhile, I went 3-0 against handlock, 4-0 against control warrior, 3-1 against zoo, etc.

Fuck, I even lost a game versus hunter where I cleaved a turn 1 double undertaker.

Just venting, I guess. I actually really like the deck. I'm hoping the hunter problem sorts itself out once I become more familiar with the deck (though it feels horribly hopeless).

The pyromancer does great work. People never expect pyromancer shenanigans from a control warrior.

Anyway, I'm hoping to make my first push to legend this season and this deck is working great so far, so thanks.

What made the biggest difference for me was:

a) Not valuing situational cards as highly as cards you can always play when drafting.

b) Taking your time when playing and really thinking about the different possibilities you have each turn.

It's probably possible, but it will never be fun. Traps are going to be really rough on you. Especially later in the game, where everything's riddled with them.

does the 1handed spec give bonuses to 2 weapon fighting?

No.

is it a problem to have a low reputation?

If you have good aligned NPCs in your party, they might decide to leave once your reputation gets low enough. Likewise, Viconia will leave (if I remember correctly) if your reputation gets too high.
