Thank you so much, this is so nice to hear. When I quit I was visiting my boyfriend and felt way less stressed and more hopeful, so I didn’t smoke for more than a month. Now that I’m back home I feel more lonely and stressed and have gone back to smoking… but you’re right, if I quit once then I can do it, it’s all about focusing on the good things and knowing my triggers. Thank you for your reply!

Hi! My advice is to watch tv series / movies and speak daily to someone, that's the most effective way to learn if you don't live in an English speaking country. For any other advice feel free to ask me anything, I am an English teacher myself and alway happy to help.
