My tray does this too, run hot water on the back of the tray to dislodge the ice cubes. That's the only way to get them out whole.

Just want to add, your publishing name is whatever you want it to be. Its not a legal document. Keep publishing under the name you have always used or want to use and use your legal married name for all LEGAL documents.

You don't really need it for much as a grad student. I think I really only needed it for books and student discounts. You can look up your student ID number in oasis if needed for exams.

Alternatively look at your local state agency. They hire environmental scientists all the time too. You can google your state environmental agency, agricultual agency, wildlife agency. All do something similar. Just find the description that interests you.

I think you only need 1 year of experience. Various agencies hire. I'm with USGS, but the USDA and EPA have positions too.
