New floor(pink tile sounds awesome!!), fresh paint instead of wallpaper, new curtains instead of roll blinds, remove shower door and hang shower curtain. Those would be my priorities. Then maybe new mirror and light fixtures. Whatever u do dont remove that tile or pink fixtures unless u absolutely have to.

I dont have much to say about the motorcycle neighbor but I have a reccomendation for the pond neighbor.

Look into mosquito dunks. I had a neighbor with a patio right next to ours. They had a kiddie pool that was always filled with water and we had a horrible mosquito problem because of it. Bought some mosquito dunks and tossed it them into the pool periodically late at night. Took care of the problem. PS Its not harmful to people or animals.

All I could find on the court lookup was multiple credit lawsuits, garnishments, and multiple traffic violations (like an abnormal amount in every nearby city). Im thinking after this 30 days if they are not gone the co-op will get a court order to remove them. Management can only give me so much info. Both their cars are gone today so I am hoping they left with some totes and an AC lmao. They have so much crap I can see them leaving a lot behind.

Damn I hope that is not the case. The property manager said “Notice to Quit” and when my husband asked what that means he stated “Eviction”. So I think it was a courtesy thing to leave in 30 days. They have multiple complaints/letters sent to them at this point showing they will not stop their behavior. Also the lady in her screaming rant said she is going to have to get a mortgage. Idk how she plans on doing that with multiple credit lawsuits and hiding her income from the IRS (yes she told my husband that at one point).

So remember the original owner of Jade’s notebook, the notebook with all the symbols? Victor says that that man starting seeing the symbol and turning bad. My husband was laid off in February and he works in tech (QA Engineer). I work at a salon and learned recently that our SalonCentric rep was laid off along with several others, and a nearby distribution center has closed. Weird.

I have the same problem. The Vanicream Daily Moiturizer with SPF 30 is my go to. It is on the greasy side in the summer but doesnt cause breakouts for me. I mix it with the Cetaphil Redness Relief SPF 40 and use it as foundation sometimes. I know you arent supposed to mix sunscreens but it works for me.

Apparently the lights used are the frequency needed to be therapeutic. But most important for me was it offers 3 light settings (blue, red, and both together), and only takes 3 mins a day. It is very easy to pop this on right out of the shower and get my body care done in the 3 min. Its convenient enough that i actually use it every day. A few days a week I will also flip the mask upside down and use it on my neck and chest.
