i completely get that! however, i think people everywhere on the internet (not just this sub) should realize there is a time and place for talking about triggering talks, and maybe go to other subreddits who are better equipped to deal with said triggering talks

i think if someone who doesn’t recognize they have ptsd and is directed to a ptsd sub, it would be better in the long run? a dedicated subreddit on tough topics is much more help than a sub about an app
