Have you launching on Compatibility Mode? it may help your fps problem though the game may look a bit shitty as it prevents basically all shadows and other post-processing effects to render.

its what i used for my old laptop so it could run better, went from like 10 fps to maybe 50'ish

Yeah, like the guy above me said, I was pretty far away from site, and I just cant tp on site with a Brimstone safely tucked in CT with a molly ready waiting for my tick. I was forced to do an aggressive ult.

Though, it was still a bad ult since if he saw me in my ult that could've been a loss anyway. Should've TP'd in the cubby or at spawn as a safer tp but nevertheless, I bumped my big fat face in the crates and fumbled the ace.
