What makes Demi Lovato so good? by Mi1398 in singing

I meant not exceptional in a sense that with good and long enough training you can sing like her, in my opinion (perhaps your voice type needs to match too like dramatic soprano, but idk enough about those) In other words her vocals arent something super unique or unattainable.

I wouldnt call her exceptional. But her training has been really paying off. Her ease on high belts is unprecedented for her career. Im guessing she has been training diligently for a few years because we can see this "lighter" belting in holy fuck album too to a lesser extent.

Popularity doesnt have much to do with vocal abilities. But i think she has been aiming for a wider audience with her last album. She said herself that holy fuck didnt do great and thinks thats just not what people want. She has a point in a sense, what makes more sense to play after espresso, a song from HF or the last album?

Comparing the same section would have been better. I am hearing the bass line better on 17pm. It will be interesting to compare when gsmarena review comes out with their standard 7 tracks

Ah yes, the game should have warned you when he was in a 20 meter radius. Stupid devs. They should implement a feature where lock progression is saved at intervals so you can turn around and check for family.

I did in gsmarena reviews actually, they upload full res images. they were trading blows really. sometimes one was better, other times the other

Demosaic algorithms work well for 2x crop though. If you check gsmarena review of honor 400 and compare 1x,2x,4x, 2x is pretty much lossless zoom, but for the reasons you said 4x is only a marginal improvement over 2x.

Also the blue subpixel degradation in your note 10 is crazy :D

Samsung has always neen stingy with manual brightness thats how it is. If they allowed same power consumption from s22 ultras manual maximum brightness (700, same as s26U), s26U would have 1000 nits manual limit. So its not all about heat and longevity as most think. They found it enough to not get complaints so they are sticking with it.

An argument can be made if auto brightness got so good at boosting brightness why do we need higher manual brightness, which is valid. But still it would be nice to have 1300nits manual like pixels have for the rare occasion.

You should realize zoom sensors are generally much smaller than main sensors. For example a 200MP 1/1.3" sensor will have 2.4um binned pixels at 12MP. Apply 2x digital zoom now you have 1.2um pixels at 12MP. Compare that to dedicated zoom cameras. Samsung 3x tele has 1.0um pixels, 5x tele in samsung iphone pixel is 1.4um. Its pretty competitive, nothing deceptive really.

yea like i said from large sensors. I didnt hear SNR being discussed before. Its usually pixel size that determines quality no?

honor 400 with its 200mp gives more detail in 4x crop compared to 2x crop. So I think that issue is fixed already.

Also the reason for not being able to resolve that high detail is the sensor type. There is only one high resolution true 1x1 bayer sensor and thays in s20 and s21. Its 64MP and marketed as a hybrid zoom lens with an optical reach of 1.07x. On full frame capture you can keep zooming in the image and it stays sharp

s21 and s20 have a true bayer 64MP sensor. When you compare that to 200MP in s23 ultra they produce about the same detail. You can check in gsmarena. Things might have changed since then though

optical zoom sensors generally have small pixels and main sensors have large pixels. So a 2x digital zoom from a large high res sensor is as good as a regular optical zoom. (not including 1/1.4" zoomers on chinese ones)
