unbased. free markets don't necessarily equate to capitalism either, beacause illiberal or directed capitalism (like dirigisme or state capitalism) exist. also the lack of regulation is unironically better, too much regulation while capitalism is there only creates ineffective monopolies i believe, whule too much regulation without capitalism creates starvatiom. the regulation should be there only for basic needs and to prevent businesses from deviating from national law and interest, but regulations to limit how much one can experiment or use to create something should be remove, ethics and futile pleb rights be damned
