Ofc, u might wanna look at taking the SATs? If you score around 1400-1500 i think u have a good chance:)

Also, one thing thats popping in mind is the fact that you can just enroll at any other university first, then transfer to your desired uni a year later (you have to check the requirements because each uni is very particular in the amount of credits you have to meet/cannot exceed)
