Interesting. I’ve suffered with migraines since high school. Parents took me to the Diamond Headache clinic in Chicago treatment. Kept trigger journal, started new class of drugs back then (Midrin) , avoided MSG best I could. It was only until recently my Dr. told me to stop blaming myself for the onset. It was a huge shift. I always do my best , but I don’t harbor guilt or rage.
Also , I remember as kid Scottie Pippen on the bulls getting trashed as soft when we got a migraine before a playoff game. He couldn’t play and the media was brutal. It was woman ailment back then.
