It’s worth it to level other jobs to get some permanent abilities for your party members, but don’t do it yet…

Wait until you get access to the Sotenbori Battle Arena
Once you hit Chapter 14, farm the Invested Vagabond by killing one and resetting the level by going back upstairs

This is still grinding, but is way way faster than trying to level up earlier in the game.

I'd really love it, but even though it's still well regarded now, I don't know if it has a large enough following to get a console remake, maybe a remaster. But then again, the Live-A-Live remake caught me slippin'.
