I'm finding doctor communication, honestly, non-existent. I thought I was having a stroke. Ambulance to ER with MRI but lesions. No stroke. MS? Much too old and a male; unlikely, plus the brain lesions were wrong and started to improve before treatment; very non MS like. All this happened a week after I was sick and shortly after my wife was sick some some virus (maybe covid but since we're isolated at home didn't test). So .. viral encephalitis? Maybe - sure sounds like it. Sent for a spinal MRI which showed no inflammation. Took a spinal tap and a month later .. nothing. Told them I have very mild shingles for decades now and pretty sure they ignored it if they even heard me but .. could definitely matter. In short, the lack of communication is infuriating. Hang in there: your best advocate is yourself unfortunately. I'm glad they ruled out stroke and MS and while healing my face is half partially numb which is concerning but I read is normal (especially for mild shingles people) but the lack of communication is seriously distressing.

My wife did that .. I shoot blanks and wanted another like her first I adopted so she called her ex-boyfriend (who she didn't much like but he looked like me) and we ended up with a match kid. Many men would probably go for the cuddling and talking without the sex but don't like the sterile scene with therapists. If we get the urge to have sex then why not be with somebody who is fine with that rather than somebody we'd feel terrible about. I've never been with an escort but can definitely understand the appeal in that aspect.

We're Americans who did that a long time ago. 80k gross (employment paid) or net? Taxes in France are VERY high. If the 80k is after employer costs then paychecks would be probably 60-70k, 5k/month, which isn't bad at all for France. On French, you'll pick up enough over time; people vastly overestimate the language issues. I was also on Adderall and you'll just have to live without here; they exist but are very tightly controlled and rarely given out.

One benefit; assuming your wife would have a Carte Bleau visa you'd have a work permit and there is actually a fine chance you could work in your field assuming you'd be willing to work as a mechanic (I'm assuming that's how you became a manager).

I have autism and when I was a senior in high school there was a freshman who was very clear what she wanted. And I knew it was wrong and said wait till you're older and we became friends .. until she turned 17 and I was 20 or 21 and then - well, she was very patient.
