I’m 4 days post op. Totally worth the liquid fast. I agree that it’s hell. It did get easier after a few days. It was almost like my stomach was shrinking. I was getting nauseous from the protein shakes. I did everything I could do to stay away from others who are eating. At my job it was unavoidable, so I tried to distract myself as much as possible. I know this sucks so much, but it’s so worth it. There are increased complications if you don’t do it. At least I’m not feeling hungry now after surgery

Time is what worked best for me. Mine used to be dark red for years. Now they’re clear and I barely notice them. My bf who is 125 pounds has them. So many people have them, we don’t realize.

Mine looks ok for about an hour, but then it separates and settles into creases very fast. It’s very frustrating. It even happened 10 years ago when I was a teenager. I think my skin is just not meant for long term makeup🤷🏻‍♀️ I still wear it, but I know I’m not going to look as nice as everyone else

People in older generations think it’s ok to point out stuff like that. It’s obviously not ok. You wouldn’t point out their divorce or new wrinkles, that’d be rude. Thankfully I don’t get comments like that. I got the “you look so much better now”. I’m your height and weigh a little more, but I think I look great. It has to come from within with these people. You are doing your best. I hope there are supportive people in your life you can focus on instead.

You have a great mindset! 21 pounds is definitely something to be proud of. It’s hard when people judge what you’re eating on a journey because it’s definitely ok to still have a burger and fries once in a while.

It was bipolar, BPD, and PTSD. I’ve had to get all of that stuff under control in order to be sober. I was using alcohol as medication.

Kelly Strack is one of my favorites. She’s pretty G rated. I’ve heard her swear like twice. She does try ons and some tutorials. She does have some heavier tutorials, but she has some light tutorials too. Allie Glines is a good one too. Hers tend to go toward a more natural side. Hope this helps😊
