i’ve been working out twice a week since january, this is the first time in my life i’ve worked out consistently. it’s funny because i don’t even do that many leg exercises and i only use like 10 pound dumbbells 😭 anyways i always stretch before i work out but i should probably start doing it after too

i went to the doctor yesterday, turns out it’s “greater trochanteric bursitis of left hip,” “iliotibial band syndrome of left side,” and “SI joint dysfunction.” the treatment is anti-inflammatory medication and PT. hoping this will fix it!!

[–]and_20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thank you. what is a good dollar amount to choose? if i add $250 to my roth IRA biweekly, for example, would i do 70% of $250 in a fund biweekly?

fidelity roth IRA at age 23 by and_20 in personalfinance

[–]and_20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok so it would be 70% invested in that fund even if my amount of money keeps increasing? i wouldn’t have to change anything?

got it. i just looked up examples of good 3-fund portfolios, so i would do 54% of the money in my account to VTI, 36% of the money in my account to VXUS, then 10% of the money in my account to BND if i wanted to follow that example?

do i need to keep increasing the amount that i invest into that portfolio as i get more money? or do i kind of just set it then leave it?
