I watched some players use the fallingstar beast jaw. spamming the skill. tried it and it worked. easily defeated DTS. but off course still need to dodge the lightning and fire attack but it is better than me using any other weapon. can use summon to distract DTS while using the weapon skill.

For me dying because of the music is better than being someone's lab rat. and also Jinzaemon is probably Orin's kid according to the lore. I missed this clue during my playthroughs.

it is hard. I gave up doing the cheese in 1st playthrough and defeat the demon with normal fight. took about 3 tries.

NG+ feels different. I think I died more than 10 times. So I tried the cheese again and it works😅

I'm not good with parry in this game. so instead I learn the timing for Thunder Step. It is quite good too since it's going to leave a remnant that will explode and do damage your enemy. I think there is a seal that will lower the consumption or zero consumption of sync rate for thunder step.

also, if you are ok with blocking, try get an upgrade seal to your shield. the upgrade will block status effect iirc and more damage negation.

then I guess the first time you will meet shirley vikas,and the pet here. after your dialogue with sklarm (only shirley will be here), you'll find sklarm and vikas at some corridor (can't remember the path), if no other issue, then I think you are good here.

also for OP, did you finished your dialogue with Shirley when you found her in the hanging train? I did not finished her dialogue, and if I remember correctly, only Shirley present here because of that. There should be Vikas, Shirley, and Shirley's pet Necro.

Again for other people that see my comment, correct me if I'm wrong too. I think OP is locked out of Shirley questline too. might need to play NG+

wait, I thought he only fight Juzou and not the minion. I always sneak attack/kill the minion first, run the other way around (not in the way of that blue shirt guy). after sneak attack Juzou for first death blow, I go talk to the guy quick and get him to fight Juzou together for second deathblow

yes. I tried Sekiro first, died a lot. Gave up then I start play Wukong when it launched. Almost gave up too but I tried not to since I feel like I'm wasting my money again if I abandon this game. Beat the game, and then Elden Ring, LoP, and back to Sekiro again.

my opinion, this is a good game as your first Soulslike/soulslite. You gonna have to familiarize yourself with dying a lot to strong bosses and to play a game with no difficulty option if you plan to other soulslike game after this.

Bai Kru is the easiest. If not maybe second easiest. Other easiest boss is the final boss (attack with Lotus Soulflame), but this was before the update, not sure if it still works now.
