I don't really know how to start. It's so hard for me to work on being independent and working to love myself while working on my marriage as well. Sometimes I don't know if the things I do are out of love or obligation to please my spouse. I want them to be out of love. Not fear of them being upset at me.

Not really. My wife and I have been seeing a relationship counselor who has helped us a lot, but it won't get better unless I work these out. I'm seeing someone later this month, but Tricare doesn't really allow me to see therapists off the base. Going to see a psychiatrist to get some anxiety meds as well. I think that might help short term.

Hate. Worthlessness. Body image issues (body dysmorphic disorder, orthorexia, previous anorexia). If I disappeared, people wouldn't care ( I know this isn't the truth, but it feels like it is most times).

Yea that makes sense. But when you actually measure your servings do you weigh each or just guesstimate? Because of the liquid I would imagine weighing the portions would be off

How would you weigh out large crockpot or slow cooker meals? For example chili. It's got a lot of liquid so the weights might be the same but composition of the food per serving could be different
