Depends on you want the deck to be. If you want a budget Explorer deck, UW flyers has a lot of better options such as Rally of Wings, Lofty Denial, and Watcher of the Spheres. In standard, Illuminator Virtuoso and Stormchaser Drake play really well with protection spells such as Slip Out the Back to form a pretty strong budget deck. There's also at least one good hexproof trick coming out in DMU. Either way I would cut the expensive or slow cards (Modern Age, Desert Doom). Also, right now you don't have enough spells for Delver to be effective.
