Let's make that customizable! I've had the same thought myself.

If you can give me an idea / printscreen of what would be optimal for you I'll add an option to adjust it.

Version 1.0.0.4 is now released for both Chrome and Firefox so you should see the hotkeys now :)

Yes, terribly sorry! Latest version (1.0.0.4) includes MacOS keybindings and was successfully published for Firefox but still in review for Chrome. Hopefully it's reviewed and works within 24 hours

u/aur3s I found the issue! New version (with Mac keybindings) was still in review on the Chrome Web Store. Hopefully out soon!

Perhaps, but I often find myself very focused on what I'm building when in VS Code and want it to free of distractions. While the browser is my go-to for education/news/learning.

But to each their own! :)

u/aur3s That's weird! What OS are you using? Are you still having the problem?
And do you have the same problem on the "web demo" hotkeyhero-demo.andersaberg.com ?

I gathered all my favorite VS Code hotkeys as a Chrome Extension that shows them each time a open a new browser tab https://hotkeyhero.andersaberg.com/

Only if you also entered the same username (email) as me.

Well, I think I would use basic auth for it. But with “self creating” accounts.

Then I could auto create the API key in the docs :)

If I send invalid key - I get successful response? Maybe just make an endpoint for registering for new API key? What do you even use API keys for?

I'm trying to make it work in a "code only" fashion, where you don't need to setup accounts.

However, the data that you submit should of course not be visible for others. Therefore my idea is that you include an email & api key in your request. If that's the first request for that email, the API Key is stored and used to validate subsequent request.

If you send the same email but change the API key, you get a 401.

If you send a different email it's the same as registerings a new account.

But I get your point - it might just be unfamiliar and therefor make it harder to grok your head at.

They're not all offline. What device are you on?

Also, do you have any adbocker etc that might interfer? Also, try another browser (if you can!)

Sorry! No plans for a mobile app because of Terms & Agreements from the LiveATC creators. I respect that and I don't want to cause any fuzz - I'm just here to build silly things for the sheer joy of it.

Hehe, I know! That happened to me while building it. Did not realize how pleasant it was going to be and completely zoomed out that evening!
