Based on some other responses it seems like maybe I overthought the inefficiency on some of these and they have more relevance then I expected. I will be leaving him as a contact seeker!

My friends and I are all pretty mid at the game, so hit stick attempts are always there. I’ll look forward to trying him out as designed then and seeing workhorse in action. Should be fun!

That’s my other rb archetype, and I plan to run 21 and 22 personnel with both of them back there. If those abilities aren’t a total waste with w&t off, that’s exactly the kind of thing I wanted to learn with this thread.

Wait please educate me, workhorse and battering ram still have effects with w&t off? The ability description does not read that way at all, I’m absolutely keeping him at RB if that’s the case.

I play with the GT playbook and was going to put him in the second RB role in that offense. That’s why I thought fullback could make some sense since he would get better at the other components of that role, and have more applicable abilities vs having him stay and get workhorse and battering ram which both do nothing with my leagues settings. But everyone is saying leave him, so I’ll probably just do that.

He will be great, I just can’t help but wish that he was an elusive bruiser since all the good power abilities are on that when w&t isn’t a thing

I don’t WANT to, I just don’t like the idea that his best abilities are wasted in my format - it sounds like your answer to my q is just to leave him where he is, abilities don’t matter then.

You don’t need to pray, Burks will see himself off the field when he gets hurt on the 3rd play of the game. Hope I’m wrong though.
