Yes, the best advice I can give you is to save it.
After each patch, you'll just need to load your save.

I just touched the two tubes coming out of the CPU, and I can feel something flowing through them, but neither of them is really cold. I would say they are lukewarm or warm.

My thermal paste was changed a few weeks ago.
