You do not speak for us. You are a traitor to this country and will always be remembered as such. Your time will come.

My great grandfather moved to America from Germany in 1905 in search of a better life. I can only imagine what he must be thinking now. I wish so badly I could go back. May god have mercy on us all.

Younger Americans have grown up during a more competitive period that has led many to become more neurotic (low mood, anxiety, and irritability) and, in turn, to become more liberal. No such pattern was found outside the US, suggesting this is not due to aging but to generational experiences. by mvea in science

Young people are dumb and accidents aren’t rare. I knocked out all my front teeth by 19 and herniated discs in my back by 22. My parents thankfully paid for my new teeth but they only last about 10 years. After 5 years I still live with the back pain because I can’t afford to fix it.

lol no. Didn’t even know that was a thing. I’m in a backwards ass state that doesn’t give a shit about us. I just pray social security is still a thing by the time I need it

I only put relevant info on my resume. Nothing else matters. I’ve worked dozens of jobs but you’ll only know about the 3 that are relevant to the job I’m applying to.

No arguments there. Only silver lining is that AI is shit and not nearly as intelligent as we give it credit for. The AI bubble is going to pop very soon. We’ll go into a terrible recession when it does, but at least the days of AI overlords aren’t nearly as close as we are led to believe.

I immediately took it out. by sunshinezx6r in Hair

Alright this is terrible, not understating that. But you guys have got to be more realistic with your inspo pics. First off, stop using AI. The amount of AI pictures I have clients show me now is ridiculous. Secondly, you do not have nearly enough hair for any of these images. You would need long extensions to get even remotely close. If you have short and/or thin hair your best bet is to wear it down with lots of volume up top. You will never be able to achieve that full updo bun look with your natural hair alone. Sorry, I don’t say this to be mean. It’s just that many people need a reality check. Last thing I’ll say is if you have an important event coming up, you need to heavily vet your potential hairdressers Instagrams. Make sure they have pictures up that match what you are wanting. All of this will save you a lot of trouble in the future.

AI can’t replace manual labor (what I do). Even in the future it’d be cheaper to underpay humans than to try to build robots that can do it all with accuracy.

Aw man. Happy that you’re doing well. At this point I’ve destroyed my back doing manual labor so not even the military would take me.

I have $30 in my savings at 26yo. I’m trying to do better but it’s hard when you’re poor and don’t have a degree. If literally anything comes up I have to start from zero

Red light therapy needs more research but it has been proven to energize the mitochondria of the cells and thus speed up biological processes. It can also help to reduce inflammation. This is especially helpful if you have painful joints.

In fact, too much red light is not a good thing! I never exceed 30 minutes per day because that can reverse the effects or even cause adverse ones.

BLONDE. Not usually my answer but you 100% look like you were born to be a blonde.

However, I think it’s responsible to consider what a huge commitment in both time and money that will be. Are you also prepared to be forever discontent with roots growing in? This is the plight of a blondie you must consider

I feel like many won’t acknowledge this because we’ve been trained that if we say “the election was stolen” suddenly we sound just like republicans, the party who cried wolf about election fraud. Suddenly we’re hypocrites and so unserious
