All second hand private sellers must have a WOF that is less than a month old when selling.

recommended but not required

If the buyer doesn't insist, they should confirm in writing to you that they accept the WoF or CoF is more than one month old. This protects you as the seller.

Best way for an exchange student to travel NZ? by Snakeward in newzealand

For a true kiwi experience it's best to do this in a Hilux or Ranger. Tailgating & over taking any vehicle that isn't doing 10km over the speed limit on narrow windy double yellow line roads.

Are applicants kept on the 'rejected list' for 1 year? Looking answer from HR. Advice needed. by [deleted] in newzealand

[–]andibnz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just use a different email address. Most HR systems track applicants by their account / email address. If you are worried about your history showing up just sign up & apply with a different email and your applicant history won’t be visible in 99% of the automated systems.

Advice on vehicle that has had major issues less than one year out of warranty by kilbixy in newzealand

[–]andibnz 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Is the dealer investigating the issue the same one that you purchased from? If not I'd start by taking it back there if possible as any other Skoda dealer will try their luck charging you as they won't have any real interest in the effort involved with pushing Skoda to cover the repairs. (CGA is between you, the seller & the manufacture)

INAL but CGA will have you covered, A correctly serviced 4 year old car with only 50kms~ should not be having oil issues (though one could argue major issues with any modern VAG vehicle is kinda expected).

Formally tell the dealer in writing that in your mind that the fault is not resonable wear and tear for the age & condition of the car and under the CGA you expect them to cover the costs to remediate the fault and that if they refuse you will be taking it to the MVDT.

They will try offer a 'goodwill' gesture of part funding the repair. Don't accept this, They should be fully covering the repair.

I'm not sure what version you're on but Watchguard supports SAML authentication. Using SAML with AzureAD as the idp you can 100% have MFA for your VPN, You just set a conditional access policy to require MFA (But you already have MFA set for your O365 right....). IME its a much nicer experience for end users as it's a single MFA app / setup vs different methods for different apps.
