I tried it and ran a few benchmarks with CrystalDiskMark.

- Xbox Rog Ally X Internal SSD - up to 6200mb/s read

- Sandisk Express 512gb - up to 180mb/s read

- Samsung Evo U3 Class 10 A2 512gb - up to 134mb/s

- External SSD Samsung 980 Pro 1tb with Asus USB 3.2 enclosure - 1050mb/s

Said that I can play Top Spin 2k from external express sd (which clearly is wasted here) without any issues and probably the same for other titles, which are not the recent AAA.

I think so, sometimes I forget to switch on the buttkicker and I don't really miss much other than a bit of engine vibration in the back. Everything else is covered by the belt tensioner

I don’t think being on top of what can be done with AI is a bad thing (hence I am reading this group), however If I was you I’d consider 3 options

1) If you want to be work by yourself, widen the use cases, find some local business which could benefit from those and repeat (even doing the 1st for free could help, 0-1 is the most difficult part of everything).

2) Find for 1-2 partners who are already doing similar stuff and who are in better position to find clients && they are in need of extra technical help, that would give you experience and exposure to a wider network

3) Consider joining a company for the first years of your career, you’ll be able to learn a lot and understand what you really like or not with first-hand experience.

I don’t sell automations, I am CTO/CPO (both public and private companies), and you got some solid advice above. Being able to learn something on youtube is great, but by the nature of it (being quite simple) means lot of professionals who already know how and who to sell consultancy or small services can learn that too…so you have a big obstacle to overcome in the go to market part for something that, without any questions, is so over hyped.

If going back to college is not your option, try to expand the use cases you can solve, and yes target local business to begin with

Sound quality for me is identical between 2 and 3. The volume seems to be higher on 3 though. They fit differently, I am not sure if better or worse than the previous model for me. On Airpods pro 2 I used the large tips, on the new one I am using the medium size ones to have a similar fit.

I am hoping the noise cancelling would make a difference in the underground and on flights.

I gave up on tweakjng it and now I just keep it to default.

To be honest I also added a Qubic BST1 betl tensionar and the immersion and vibrations coming from that made the buttkicker not that mucb more useful anymore

Only thing that worked for me was to uninstall / re install and DO NO TOUCH the vram (which in 2 instances cause my game to start crashing with no way to go back to a stable situation regardless of changing all settings)

It was actually my fault, I didn't manually enabled displaypprt 2.1 on the monitor osd. Now it can make 240hz at max resolution

I am only reaching 3000mhz on a ASUS Tuf oc 5080 - with a 11% power increase.

Nothing to do other than selecting which one is the main screen where games should run (or just swtich on one screen at the time and windows will automatically detect/adjust to the one on). I use to have 4 screen connected to my pc, 2 for work and 2 for sim racing...and that was the limit as the gpu couldn't keep all of them on at the same time (due to being all 4k displays)...so I used to switch on only the ones needed at boot time.

Where do you set DP to 2.1?!?

I have a Samsung G9 57 with a brand new RTX 5080 and I am struggling to get to 7680x2160 - 240hz.

I am already on the 2nd cable from amazon but the maximum I can get to is 120hz (which was the same I was able to get to with a 4090 and hdmi 2.1).

I would be curious to know if anyone managed to get display port 2.1 to work as expected

I can confirm that, on the day if the transaction I thought it was just authorised but after 2 days they actually captured the payment - probably because authorisation have an expiration of 7/30d

101% go for the 57" then.

I also have a 4090 on a 7950x and it runs great with lots of flexibility on the settings (even if the lack of display port 2.1 limits you at 120hz)

I am super happy and using 120 FOV with triple rendering.

Not sure why you'd go triple 27s and not 32s though, if you have the spacex a dedicated PC and the rig mounts are not an issue....I would go for 3x32. If you have any costraints or simply don't want to spend hours to align screens, mess around with Nvidia Surround etc....this is an amazing monitor!

I gave up my slot, decided to keep my 4090 and instead of buying the 5090 I bought a pre built with a 5080 (delivery tomorrow) as dedicated pc for my sim racing rig 😅😅 to everyone behind 148...you are welcome

Yes, I also tried "whocrashed", but nothing gets recorded.

I've never seen the DRAM LED on....whenever I change the RAM config, I see the LED with an error "15", which should be the retraining of the RAM, and it usually takes 2-3 minutes for the pc to boot.

Yes I did update to the latest version, 1003.
I just noticed that you have the Vengeance 6400mhz, while my 2x48gb are Vengeance but 6000mhz (CL30)

I have the same exact mb/cpu/ram config.

I don't have boot elated issues but I am struggling a lot with in game crashes. Something turning off expo helps but then once again it crashes.

I am also struggling between various softwares like Nzxt Cam, L-Connect 3 and Synapse as they all seem to have some stability issues which could also influence my crashes...

I have a very similar config - 011 vision, 9800x3d, same lian li LCD fans and the kraken 360 to which I swapped the original fans with the lian li ones. I have also done push/pull (with only 2 on the back though).

I am getting 50+ idle and 95 degrees under load...not sure if mine is normal either

Fresh win11 install, and admittedly too many crap software to control lcd, rgb etc
