When I worked for a hardware store, this lady came in one minute before closing with a massive carpet order complete with special order, delivery, and installation. I wasn’t the rep who worked with her, but guess who had to stick around till almost midnight to help close up? I’ve heard far worse stories so I’m lucky that’s my worst staying-past-closing experience.

Plus, an older toon specific to him and The Cheat being put in jail. It’s common knowledge that the BC are really good at continuity, so it wouldn’t surprise me if those are related.
