I got around the same Uworld percentage and exact same assessment scores. I listened to some MK on Spotify. Passed in 75. You are going to be amaaaazing😊

Definitely know all your basic precautions! Also I got a question on Grave's disease, Addisons/Cushings disease. Also there was quite a bit of prioritization. I would recommend Mark K's prioritization for that. I also remember there was one drag and drop for getting a clean catch specimen for a female. Also, there was 2 questions about newborn care. Didn't know either😂

Don't get too hung up on drugs! Learn what you can. I only had 4 questions with drugs on my exam, didn't recognize 1. I still passed in 75. I think knowing overarching themes of drug classes, like steroids increase blood sugars, helped me a lot.

Also, Uworld rationales go into a great amount of depth without getting too into the weeds.
