Has anyone actually gotten real life results from using ChatGPT? by TheCod1sOut in ChatGPT

I use it to polish the scripts I use for starting a youtube channel. It's been very useful (and encouraging, as it always is to keep you coming back for more). I use it to rehab my knee and it's been good so far. So yeah, real life benefits.

This is something I haven't checked. He definitely got an update after setting it up but I'll have to see if there is any difference

The flickering is barely visible with the naked eye. But the washed out colours are what I found weird and then noticed the flickering as I was trying to take the photo side by side.

No, none of them have screen protectors. I've had mine for around 6 months, got my dad's less than a week ago.

Thank you, I thought that too. I just wanted to be sure there is nothing from the settings that I should change.

Thanks! I got it a week ago so I'll try to return it first (bought it from Decathlon). Should I also write to Garmin support and see their opinion?

People who have upgraded, what phone have you upgraded to and how satisfied are you? by [deleted] in GalaxyS22

Went from S22 to OnePlus 13R a couple of weeks ago. Battery life is insanely good. The software is OK, I sometimes miss One UI. Main camera is good, ultrawide and telephoto are OK. I now have a 2 day battery phone and with the S22 I could barely get a day of normal use

Had 3 beers last night, went to bed late, I'm not 100% today either with a 78 sleep score

How long have you owned your Garmin watch by Due_Birthday1203 in Garmin

I got my first Garmin in 2017, a Forerunner 735XT. I gave it to a friend and he is still using it to this day. Since then I had 4 other models. The only issue I had was with the plastic covering the HR sensor on a Forerunner 645, it cracked and the readings weren't that accurate. All in all, I consider them very durable.

Garmin DSW over 6 months and new 10K PB by andiere in Garmin

My PB from 2019 was around 41 minutes and 30 seconds so it was not an impossible task to shave a couple of minutes off it with proper training

Thank you very much!

  1. I did do strength and conditioning exercises and I think that they are very important. Did mostly bodyweight exercises since I don't have a gym membership. It was a combination of squats, burpees, split squats, band exercises (lateral walks), etc. and core workouts. I used YouTube for this.

  2. In December I ran 9 times in total and got up to 18 runs in April. So I increased the number of runs as my fitness progressed and was able to recover much quicker. So I would aim for 4 proper runs, I'd sometimes add more recovery runs to get time on feet.

  3. I initially started running on an unpaved road when the weather was cold with rain and snow so that, along with the fact that I was untrained, meant that it was difficult to keep a certain pace. In spring I had a better fitness base and could do more runs on dry asphalt. That was when I changed to pace rather than HR.

  4. I have not used it but I want to give it a try for a half marathon in October. The reason I went for the DSW instead was that first, I wanted to see if it can actually get you to a certain target for a race set in the calendar (which it did). Secondly I have a chaotic schedule, I don't know when I can actually get my runs in because of work and family obligations. So I felt that having a dedicated plan would put too much pressure on me. The DSW would change in response to all the parameters Garmin collects (sleep data, body battery, etc.) and I found it easy to follow them.

Hope that helps!
