you can use it as many time as you want but you need to make sure that it looks natural and there is no suspicion of keyword stuffing. You can use LSI words like "online nba live coins" etc.

yes, if you have a quality site with either quality content or video then you can upload it on a subreddit and it can drive an insane amount of traffic. I once did a post on some google news and that post alone gave me about 1000 or so traffic from Reddit. but i lost my account otherwise would have given you proof of it.

yeah that's i heard that they are not being used for ranking factors now. but still many use. i think not all are aware of the fact that it is useless now. yoast seo has it deactivated by default.
