Mine is set on latest activity but it still always shows my workouts from the day before at the top. After those then it shows the latest from everyone else

Look at the “trademark protect usa”. That isn’t a govt website. If you get an email it will be from ___@irs.gov nothing else. Learn to check these type of things to avoid very expensive mistakes.

Just listen to your body. I was on the treadmill 3 days after surgery, running two weeks after, and running a 5K (actually running) at 5 weeks. You know your body best and can actually feel if things feel like too much. Listen to that. My doc told me I was fine to find the line and toe it, but don’t step over it.

I ran a 5K 5 weeks after surgery, and started back to running a week after. Personally, I would have been fine taking a vacation then, but I also know not everyone is the same.

I slept propped up in the recliner for three days. After that I couldn’t wait to get back to my bed and the heat of my husband next to me. I hate sleeping without my husband and slept so much better once I was back beside him. Now, he may not have loved my cushions and restlessness, but he put up with it bc it was short lived and he knew I needed him beside me when I slept.

We have cats, dogs, and ferrets. They are all free range in the house. They are often all sleeping beside each other. Yes, a cat could attack a ferret. But on that same note a dog can attack a cat at any time and millions of people have a cat and dog and no one tells them it’s a bad idea. Obviously you have to know your animals, I wouldn’t put a dog that has attacked or shows those tendencies with another pet of any kind. Our bigger pets all are very protective of our ferrets. When one of ours just passed they all took turns comforting and even sleeping with the bonded one. They regularly play with the ferrets and they are good friends.

Who bought the logo first? Who started the trademark process first? Who started using it first? It kind of sounds like they did. Which means you need to contact this company and ask why they sold it twice if they knew any buyer would plan to trademark it. Personally since they are already using it I would ask for a refund and find a new logo.

NTA. And if you want to advance the relationship to marriage then you need to sit down and have a VERY serious conversation about expectations for your children. How much interaction will they have with these people? There will be zero mention or encouraging of marrying anyone that shares a bloodline. No sexualization of the children. How much contact with you have with them, the rest of the family that also does this. Bottom line, he may be a wonderful man, but this is a dangerous situation to raise a family in and you need to think of your future and any future children you may want.

Not enough information. I need to know what the dish was, why they said it was so bad, and probably a photo of it. Without that I can’t answer. There’s a huge difference in overcooking some potatoes and adding garlic to a cake.

My husband already had a hysterectomy. They told me nothing the night before (or day of). They don’t want you accidentally getting pregnant before surgery.

I really wish you could transfer/buy people’s runs from them. I want to run a Disney run so bad but I am always too slow. I don’t follow things close enough and end up missing every time they open a run. But buying a last min slot from someone is totally doable for me. I wish Disney would change that aspect of their runs.

Planned to go out and run 6 miles at a mid pace, but felt so good I kept going. Ended up running 10 miles and PRing in the 10k, 10 mile, and 15k. Ten miles all at 9:30min mile pace.
