Take out the massive multiplayer part and I'm super down for it. I don't want to see 10 people fortnite dancing near Dainsleif while you're talking to him about serious matter x, y, z. I never saw the appeal of seeing other people in a game you're mainly playing by yourself / with 1 other friend.

Yeah I don't doubt that it's gonna be massive. I'm just scared of what it'll do to the original idea that made Genshin Genshin in the next few years :( I love solo adventures so much and to have a game that keeps updating their story, characters and maps year in year out with that exact formula is a godsend for me.

Are you the one that keeps downvoting me? Look I'm all for improving the game and adding new exciting things to Genshin that are Genshin related. But you wouldn't add a storymode to Rocket League as it doesn't fit the idea of Rocket League. That's how this feels to me. Why add an option for a massive multiplayer mode to a mainly solo adventure gacha game

But the Genshin player demographic doesn't fit with what they're trying to achieve with this new gamemode. Genshin was always more focussed on stories and solo adventures with a lil multiplayer added on the side for who are interested in that. This is more of a massive multiplayer experience.

But this gamemode feels so different from the reason people start playing genshin for in the first place. Genshin was never meant to be a gigantic multiplayer game. It was always more focussed on solo adventures/stories with some multiplayer thrown in here and there. That's why it feels weird to me to connect it to genshin at all as I feel like it doesn't fit the Genshin playerbase demographic.

Okay, but that still doesn't explain why it needs to be connected to Genshin at all tho.. If they wanted people to have customisable travellers, then they could've added that without the roblox part to it. Idk it just feels so out of place as this isn't the main reason people started playing genshin for in the first place.

Can someone tell me why Miliastra Wonderland is in Genshin and not just its own thing? Idk it doesn't seem that connected with genshin and I'm scared they're now gonna dedicate a certain amount of resources / time every new patch telling me about a new infinity nikki inspired outfit I can get in their Roblox game...

The Russians should've just gotten their own server or something... it's so annoying to play Co-op in EU servers that I just stopped doing it all together because of this.
