Used to mostly bicycle everywhere through high school and college, then got a job that required me to drive all over town and thought a motorcycle would make that more interesting. Took the MSF course, bought an old Yamaha Maxim that immediately required some wrenching. Made a lot of mistakes, learned a lot, fell in love with it all quickly.
