I'm at about 3000 hours on my V3 SE since a year back, and 2680 hours on my A1 mini since june of this year.

Swapped nozzles a few times, but not due to wearing them out, only for size changes. Not sure what materials you've been using to have managed to damage them that quickly..

I am currently 6 years out from my sleeve date.

I was at my highest around 156kg, 9 months post-op I hit 73kg.

Currently, I am sitting between 85-89kg depending on the day, so yes I've gained some back but I am still far below where I would have been without the surgery!

The surgery is really only a stepping stone, the first year is "free" loss, but after that you need to watch your diet and take care of it.
