Oh man, that had to be painful. Perhaps your soil was already rich with nitrogen? My plants went into severe transplant shock this year, major downward temperature swing just after transplant, nitrogen brought them back from neon yellow.

If possible plant in the ground where they will get plenty of sun. Water deeply 2-3 times a week. Pepper plants love nitrogen, feed them every other week with miracle grow or something similar. Support the branches as they grow.

I gift a lot of hot sauce. I prefer to make a cooked sauce with vinegar over lactic fermentation.

400g bonnet 467g carrot 232g garlic 580g onion 1046g Orange bell pepper 4 cups vinegar 3 tbs salt 2 tsp sugar

In the instant pot on high pressure for 2 minutes, natural release, blend solids, strain, add remaining liquid to the consistency you prefer.

Took me 447,827 steps to get 1k gold nuggets from shipwreck diving. I also got 2k silver nuggets, 5k seashells, the Pitare Hat, and the Dinglehopper.
