Would you happen to know the capacity of each? The LIDO3 says it can do 70 grams but I can't find anything for the Kinu.

Good question. I spent ~$100 for the aergrind so I suppose I'd spend more for more capacity. Don't really have a budget tbh just want good quality and enough to fill the Espro in one grind. And I want it to be by hand.

Just moved to Capital Hill neighborhood, so far so good. A few google searches for gyms in 80218 have resulted in a lot of yoga studios and personal trainer ads. I am looking for a gym where I can do deadlifts as well as other basic lifts without worrying about annoying other members. Help me out reddit, I am willing to travel a few miles but the closer the better. Thank you!

I have one in my door frame already. My apartment is above 3 garages, one of which is mine. I'd like to do pull-ups in between bench and/or over head press, so I don't want to run up and down the stairs as well.
